KODRA E TRIMAVE II REGENERATION

Prishtina is advancing the regeneration of the Kodra e Trimave II neighborhood, aimed at transforming an informally developed area into a functional, integrated, and sustainable urban district. Covering an area of approximately 300,000 m², the project addresses long-standing challenges related to inadequate planning, insufficient infrastructure, and poor spatial organization, while unlocking the area’s potential for structured urban growth and improved quality of life.
